Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call. Consideration, Discussion, and Possible Action on All of the Following Items: I. Approval of August 27, 2002 City Council Meeting Agenda. Action requested. II. Proclamations and Recognitions. III. Community Forum. • Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct that the matter be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. IV. Consent Agenda. These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda.
