2. Agenda Review (Rick Dunn)
Comments: This is a time when agenda items may be added.
3. City of St. Anthony Village Update(Randy Hodson)
Comments: Report on the various initiatives the SAV City Council is now dealing with will be
provided, including but not limited to Apache Mall property, SAV facilities (Stonehouse Restaurant,
• firehall, maintenance garage, etc.).
4. ISD 282 Blueprint for a Bright Future Update (Rick Dunn)
Comments: This three-phase planning process continues to move forward. The following task
force activity is underway this year: Community Services, Communications, Curriculum & Instruction,
Buildings & Grounds, and Computer Technology. For this meeting we will review the scope of the
Buildings & Grounds Task Force, since their recommendations will impact the work of all of the other
twelve areas of the Blueprint for a Bright Future. As part of this update, a tour will be conducted of the
HS/MS facility,highlighting the areas that have so far been identified as problematic. The progress of
our Blueprint can be viewed at www.stanthony.kI2.mn.us which also includes an opportunity for
• comments, suggestions, and questions.

5. Selection of the Next Joint Meeting Date

Comments: The next fifth Tuesday falls on New Year's Eve. If that is not an acceptable date for a
joint meeting, an alternative date should be selected because the next fifth Tuesday does not occur until
April, 2003.
