MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
VILLAGE OF ST. A1ITHONY
MARCH 16, 19155
i1. CALL TO ORDER
A special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was
tailed to order by Mayor McNulty at 8:30 P.M. in the Board Chambers at St.
Anthony High School.

The following members were present at roll call .
Robert Bailey
W. R. Dougherty
George Erickson
James H. McNulty
Richard Sorenson
The Village Council was joined in meeting by the St. Anthony Independent
School District No. 282 School Board and the St. Anthony Park and Recreation
Advisory Committee.
Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Erickson it was
moved to authorize a land survey of the area near the tennis courts to determine
the correct legal description of the property to be conveyed between I.S.D. #282
and St. Anthony Village; cost of said survey to be shared equally by the
School District and the Village.
The motion carried unanimously.
Upon ration by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was
moved to instruct the Village Manager to prepare resolution appropriating
$2,324.00 from the general fund reserve to finance 1965 parks construction for
the meeting of March 23, 1965 and to adopt Resolution Nq. 65-029 awarding the
contract for 1965 Parks construction to Victor Carlson and Sons.

RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR 1965 PARKS CONSTRUCTION TO VICTOR CARLSON b SONS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,724.00 SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY DISPOSITION OF THE LAND
CONVEYANCE WITH ST. ANTHONY I.S.D. #282.
The motion carried unanimously.
Upon order of Mayor McNulty the Village Manager was instructed to exchange
minutes of this meeting with the I.S.D. 0282 School Board.
Upon motion by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was
moved to adjourn.
