MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNTIL MEETING
VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
March 20, 1965
CALL TO ORDER
Upon special call and written consent, a special meeting was called to
order by Mayor James H. McNulty at 9:30 AM.
ROLL CALL
The following members of the Council were present and approved the special
meeting in writing:
Bailey
Erickson
Sorenson
McNulty
Absent and excused, was Councilman Dougherty.
Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it
was mov^d to award the purchase of a two stage rotary compressor to
Road Machinery and Supplies Co. , Inc. in the amount of $4,060.
Motion carried by 4 yea votes.
Absent and not voting was Councilman Dougherty.
Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it
was moved to reject the bids for a tandem drive motor grader opened
March 4, 1965 and to instruct the Village Manager to redraw specifications
allowing optional bids on machines with both hydraulic and mechanical
controls.
Motion carried by a 4 yea vote.
Absent, not voting, was Councilman Dougherty.
Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it
was moved to authorize preliminary plans and estimates to be made to
provide water service from Silver Lake Court to the Salvation Army Camp
subject to approval by the Salvation Army to pay the costs for that portion
of the engineering from Silver Lake Road in the event the improvement were
to be not made.
Motion carried by a b, yea vote.
Absent, not voting, was Councilman Dougherty.
Upon general consent Mayor McNulty ordered the meeting adjourned at 11 :50 AM.
