VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
• COUNCIL MINUTES
March 1 , 1967
A special meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order
by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday March 1 , 1967.
The following were present at roll call :
O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson
Absent :
None
Also Present : Village Manager, John Prfnton
Mr. Douglas Johnson appeared before the Council to ask for reconsideration
of a request for variance over lot 19, Block 5, Skycroft Manor Addition. Mr.
Johnson demonstrated to the Council the problem of locating a dwelling on
the triangular shaped lot. After considerable discussion Councilman Bailey
moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that a 10' front yard variance be
granted and that the house be so arranged that it conforms to the minimum
side yard requirements and also that the house be placed so as to conform to
the street contour.
Motion Carried.
Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was
moved that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion Carried.
