• VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
COUNCIL MINUTES
May 1, 1967
A special meeting of the Village Council of"St. Anthony was called to order by
the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday May 1, 1967.
The following were present at roll call:
O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson
Absent : Springer
Also Present: Village engineer, Heinzen
Village Manager, John Printon
The Mayor advised those present that the special meeting was called to receive
the feasibility reports of the Village engineer on proposed 1967 Improvements.
Each of the improvements was discussed at length by Councilmembers.
Councilman Sorenson introduced Resolution No. 67-024 and moved that it be
adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 67-024
RESOLUTION RECEIVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1967 AND CALLING FOR
HEARINGS ON THE IMPOBVEMENTS.
The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty.
Voting on the resolution:
Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson
Nay: None
Absent not voting: Springer
Resolution declared adopted.
Joseph Donlin, representing Apache Corporation, asked to be heard regarding
grading and seeding of the area east of the Medical Center. After discussion
it was agreed that the cut in front of 2509 Silver Lane could be graded to fil":
existing excavation and that the area east of the Medical Center and south
of the 150' buffer zone could be graded and seeded. Mr. Doniin was notified
that a grading permit would be required before commencing any work.
Mayor O'Connor informed the Council that he had a conflict with the proposed
June 13th Improvement Hearing. It was agreed that the meeting be moved up to
June 6, 1967 and held in the High School Auditorium rather than the Village
• Hall. Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the
Resolution No. 67-024 be amended to read June 6, 1967 and that the place of
meeting be changed to the St. Anthony High School Auditorium.
Voting on the Motion:
Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson
Nay: None
Absent not voting: Springer

Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was
moved that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion Carried.
