VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
January 15, 1969
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 12:00 o'clock noon.
Present : O'Connor, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond.
Absent : Levandowski
Also Present: Village Manager, John Printon
After discussion, Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Emond that
the rules be waived and that Ordinance 1969 4-� 'An Ordinance Relating To The
Volunteer Fire Department, and Repealing Section 125, "The 1968 Code of Ordinances
of the Village of St. Anthony" as amended by Ordinance 1968-3-1 be adopted on
first reading.
Voting on the motion:
Aye : O'Connor, Emond, Crouse.
Nay: Dougherty.
Absent not voting: Levandowski .
Motion carried.
• Councilman Emond introduced Resolution No. 69-008 and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 69-008
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER
TO ORGANIZE A FULL TIME FIRE DEPARTMENT.
The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse.
Voting on the resolution:
Aye : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond.
Nay: Dougherty.
Absent not voting : Levandowski .
Resolution declared adopted.
Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the meeting be
adjourned.
