VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
COUNCIL MINUTES
March 20, 1970
The special meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 9:30 A.M.
The following were present at roll call : Miedtke, Crouse, Emond, Kukielka
Absent : Levandowski
Also present : Village Manager, John Printon
Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution #70-012 and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION #70-012
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR STORM SEWER CON-
STRUCTION T.H . #8
The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Emond.
• Voting on the resolution:
Aye: Miedtke, Crouse, Emond, Kukielka
Nay: None
Absent not voting: Levandowski
Resolution declared adopted.
Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Kukielka the meeting be
adjourned.
