CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
May 9 , 1979
The meeting was called to order at 4 : 50 p.m.
Present: Sauer, Letourneau, Haik
Absent: Ranallo, Sundland
Also present: Fornell, City Manager
The meeting was called to act upon Resolution 79-031 which was
omitted from the May 8th Agenda. The Manager explained the
resolution.
Motion by Sauer, seconded by Letorneau to adopt Resolution 79-031 .
RESOLUTION 79-031
A Resolution Confirming and Ratifying Stipulations of
Settlement in Certain Special Assessment Appeals and
Directing the Deletion of Certain Assessments in Accor-
dance Therewith.
• Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Sauer, seconded by Letourneau to adjourn .
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 4 : 52 p.m.
