ANTHONY RESOLUTION 95-019 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY EQUITY IMPLEMENTATION REPORT WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.9981 requires each political subdivision to submit to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations (DOER) a pay equity implementation report by January 31, 1995, that includes certain information as of December 31, 1994; and WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has completed the pay equity implementation forms as provided by DOER based on information as of December 31, 1994. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the pay equity implementation report is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the report authorizing approval of it by the City Council. Adopted this )L day of 1995.
