ANTHONY RESOLUTION 96-003 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1996 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, that the Lillie Suburban Newspapers (St. Anthony Bulletin) a legal newspaper of general circulation in the City, be hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City for 1996 in which shall be published such measures and matters as are by-laws of this State and City Code required to be published; and such other matters as the Council may deem advisable and in the public interest to have published. Noon Friday is the deadline each week for submitting public notices to our office. Late public notices are accepted up to 10 a.m. Monday for the Wednesday newspaper. Notarized affidavits will be provided for each of your publications. All publications should be received in our office by Friday at noon preceding our Thursday publica- tions.
