RESOLUTION 96-013
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NON-SMOKING POLICY
WHEREAS, a new City-owned Community Center facility will be constructed and is targeted
for occupancy in the fall of 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves a "no smoking" policy anywhere in said Community Center facility to be put
in effect at the completion of the building's construction.
