A RESOLUTION APPROVING VACATING ROAD
EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 5, BLOCK 1,
VILLELLA ADDITION
After discussion of a motion by Oo,Alncj wij--yn1 &-r LJoQne.r to vacate a certain
road easement shown within Lot 5, Block 1, VILLELLA ADDITION, it was deemed in the
interest of the public to grant the vacation. Councilmember��.r
introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following described road easement is hereby declared and ordered
vacated and discontinued:
The road easement shown within Lot 5, Block 1, VILLELLA
ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
• and that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county
offices notice of said vacation.

VACATION PROCEEDINGS

I, the undersigned, being duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of St.
Anthony, Minnesota, do hereby certify that the attached resolution, which is
hereby made a part of this Notice, was duly adopted by the St. Anthony City
Council at its regular meeting on January 23, 1996, after a public hearing
thereon preceded by two weeks' published and posted notice, that said resolution
has not been amended, annulled or rescinded by the St. Anthony City Council,
and that the vacation described in said resolution was completed at the time of
adoption of said resolution on January 23, 1996.
