RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
OVER LAND CURRENTLY PLATTED AS PORTIONS OF APACHE PLAZA,
APACHE PLAZA 4TH ADDITION AND APACHE PLAZA 5TH ADDITION
After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Enrooitb vacate certain easements
for underground utilities as to certain land currently platted as portions of Apache
Plaza, Apache Plaza 4th Addition and Apache Plaza 5th Addition, it was deemed in
the interest of the public to grant the vacation. Councilmember Enrooth
introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that
the easements for underground utilities as to certain land currently platted as
portions of Apache Plaza, Apache Plaza 4th Addition and Apache Plaza 5th
Addition as created by that certain Quit Claim Deed for Easements dated
February 11, 1963, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Ramsey
County , Minnesota, as Document No. 1584191 are hereby declared and
ordered vacated and discontinued.
And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper
county offices notice of said vacation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Councilmember Marks and upon a vote being taken thereon
all Councilmembers voted in favor thereof.
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.
Adopted the 13th day of February, 1996.
