RESOLUTION 96-024
A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
DEDICATED IN THE PLATS OF APACHE PLAZA AND
APACHE PLAZA 5TH ADDITION
After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Marks to
vacate certain easements for utilities dedicated in the plats of Apache Plaza and Apache
Plaza 5th Addition, it was deemed in the itnerest of the public to grant the vacation.
Councilmember Marks introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the easements for utilities dedicated in the plats of Apache Plaza and Apache
Plaza 5th Addition described in Exhibit A attached hereto are hereby declared
and ordered vacated and discontinued.
• And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the property county
offices notice of said vacation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Councilmember Wagner and upon a vote being taken
thereon all Councilmembers voted in favor thereof.
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.

EXHIBIT A
The southerly 20 feet of the westerly 150.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, APACHE PLAZA
5TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
TOGETHER WITH:
A 20 foot strip of land over, under and across that part of Lot 5, Block 1, APACHE
PLAZA, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing on the east line of said Lot 5, Block 1, distant 10.00 feet northerly of the
southeast corner thereof; thence southwesterly, parallel with and 10.00 feet
northerly of the southerly line of said Lot 5, a distance of 322.11 feet; thence westerly,
deflecting to the right 7 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, a distance of 265.00 feet and
said centerline there terminating.
