RESOLUTION 96-049
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TERMINATION OF THE
OPERATING AGREEMENT WITH ERNIE SWANSON, SR.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony entered into an Operating Agreement with Ernie
Swanson, Sr., dba Ernie's Catering Service, to operate the food service at
the City-owned Stonehouse Grill, located at 2700 Highway 88; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to terminate said Agreement under the provisions of Section
8 of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony hereby approves the termination of the Operating Agreement between the City
• and Ernest Swanson, Sr.
