RESOLUTION RELATING TO REDEVELOPMENT
PLANS, REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS OF THE HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ST.
ANTHONY; CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDMENTS THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
1. It has been proposed that the City and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "HRA"), approve
modification to redevelopment plans, redevelopment projects and tax increment
financing plans previously approved by the HRA and the City. The proposed
amendments will expand the area subject to the redevelopment plans and
redevelopment projects and authorize additional expenditures of tax increment
from the tax increment financing districts created pursuant to the tax increment
financing plans.
2. A public hearing on the amendments to the redevelopment plans,
• the redevelopment projects and the tax increment financing plans is hereby called
and shall be held on November 12, 1996 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the City Council
Chambers at the City Administrative Offices, 3301 Silver Lake Road in the City. The
City Clerk shall cause notice of the public hearing to be published in the St. Anthony
Bulletin, the official newspaper of the City and a newspaper of general circulation in
the City at least once not less than ten (10) days or more than thirty (30) days prior to
the date fixed for the public hearing.
