RESOLUTION 97-026
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby appoints
the law firm of Foster, Ojile, Wentzell & Brever to perform prosecuting services for
the City, per the attached proposal, commencing April 1, 1997 and terminating March
31, 1998.
