RESOLUTION 97-032
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires concrete pavement
repair and rehabilitation on 33rd Avenue NE between Silver Lake Road
and Highcrest Road; and,
WHEREAS, a report was prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller and Associates, Inc. (RCM)
with reference to said improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony that Rieke Carroll Muller and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement; the feasibility report is approved; and RCM shall prepare
plans and specifications for making such improvement.
