ANTHONY RESOLUTION 97-036 A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SAV 2, A MUNICIPAL OFF SALE LIQUOR STORE WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council has authorized the firm of KKE to develop plans and specifications for construction of SAV 2, a municipal liquor store; and WHEREAS, bids for said construction were called for; and, eleven bids were received and opened on June 5, 1997. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby awards the bid for construction and authorizes execution of the contract • for SAV 2, a municipal off sale liquor store, to Lund-Martin Construction, for a base bid of $723,100 conditioned upon closing the purchase of the property to which the contract applies.
