RESOLUTION 97-044
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FOR
THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony sustained damage to infrastructure as the result of the
July 1 and July 2, 1997 storms.
WHEREAS, the Emergency Manager for the City of St. Anthony made application for
Federal Assistance to the Infrastructure Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that:
1) The City will enter into a Sub-grant Agreement with the Division of Emergency
Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled
Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1187-DR-MINNESOTA..
• 2) Michael J. Mornson, City Manager, is hereby authorized to execute and sign such
Sub-Grant Agreements and amendments as are necessary in implement the project on
behalf of the City of St. Anthony.
