Dear Mike:
It was a pleasure talking to you last week. We have enjoyed working with you this past
year and am looking forward to next year.
There will be no increase in prices for 1998. The daily cleaning price will remain at$144.00
and now include carpet cleaning and floor service at no extra charge for these services.
We would like to change the wording of the Contract for 1998 concerning the billing.
It should read-to payment once a month according to City's normal pay period.
This is how it is being payed now. Contract now states twice a month.
• We appreciate your business and promptness of your payments and look forward to
a long and lasting relationship.
If you have any concerns or questions, please give me a call.
