RESOLUTION 97-050
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on May 27, 1997, the
engineering firm of Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. has prepared
plans and specifications for the concrete pavement repair and rehabilitation
on 33rd Avenue NE between Silver Lake Road and Highcrest Road.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony that:
1) Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2) Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and costs are to be paid through
• the City of St. Anthony's Minnesota State Aid (MSA) funds.
3) The consulting engineering firm shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official paper and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the
making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
4) This resolution is contingent upon Minnesota Department of Transportion's
approval of the variance request.
