RESOLUTION 98-039
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPUTER CONSULTING SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to upgrade information
technology for the benefit of the community; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of companies' computer technology proposals, it was
determined that the proposal from NETLink International most closely meets the
City's needs in the most cost effective manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the proposal from NETLink International to perform information technology
and support services for the City of St. Anthony.

Dear Roger:
Thank you for meeting with me on Friday to discuss your vision for information technology
at Saint Anthony Village. I enjoyed our conversation and am excited to assist your
organization in defining and fulfilling this vision. NETLink International focuses on
matching business objectives with proven technology solutions. We believe it is critical to
first define our clients needs before we make any recommendations. This allows our clients
to keep technology in line with their business needs,to be proactive with technology
implementations, to provide proper funding for projects, and most importantly, to provide
the largest impact from the dollars spent on technology.
NETLink has provided professional technology solutions to many organizations similar to
Saint Anthony Village. Some if these include:

• In our meeting on Friday, we discussed that the the automation of Saint Anthony's computer
communications is similar to what NETLink has done for the City of Fridley and many
public organizations. NETLink's rate schedule for professional consulting and network
engineering services is as follows:
0 - 40 hours $135.00 per hour
40 - 100 hours $115.00 per hour
100 plus hours $100.00 per hour
I look forward to working with the individual departments and the city council to best
determine what network solutions and improvements could be implemented at Saint
Anthony Village. NETLink will help define your goals and compare them to what other
cities and public entities are doing as well as any industry standards that are applicable.
