RESOLUTION 99-029
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INFLOW/INFILTRATION
CONTROL PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony had previously applied for and was awarded a $40,000
loan to help eliminate inflow/infiltration (I/I) from the metropolitan disposal
system; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony subsequently requested the loan application be rescinded
in favor of being allowed to apply for a grant; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has approved the City's request for an I/I funding
change.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the I/I Control Program Grant Agreement with the Metropolitan Council and
authorizes the City Manager to sign said Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of St.
Anthony.
