A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR
CENTRAL PARK WATER TOWER PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony contracted with the engineering firm
of BRW, Inc. regarding improvements to the Central Park Water Tower
playground; and
WHEREAS, advertisements for bids for said project were duly published, bids were
received, and publicly opened at 1:00 PM on April 12, 1999, as stated in the
advertisement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
• hereby awards the bid for Central Park Water Tower playground improvements to r 1
