RESOLUTION 99-035
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR MAINTENANCE
WORK AT THE G.A.C. WATER FILTRATION PLANT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony contracted with the engineering firm
of Rieke Carroll Muller, Inc. regarding maintenance work at the City's G.A.C.
water filtration plant; and
WHEREAS, bids for the drain tile (Contract A), and ceiling and floor repairs (Contract B);
were duly published; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, and publicly opened at 10:00 AM on April 16, 1999, as
stated in the advertisement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
• hereby awards the bid relating to maintenance work at the G.A.C. water filtration plant for
Contract A, to Jay Brothers in the amount of$10,546.00; and, for Contract B, to Magney
Construction in the amount of$27,900.00.
