A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM
ST. ANTHONY/ NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282
WHEREAS, ISD #282 has been ordered by the Deputy State Fire Marshal to construct a fire
road around the high school/middle school complex; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Phase 2 of said project includes improvements to the existing City-
owned service road located on the west side of the St. Anthony/New Brighton
Middle School; and
WHEREAS, ISD #282 has bid out for this project and included as a part of Phase Two (to be
completed in Year 2000), rehabilitation of said City-owned service road at a
cost to the City of$8,933.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
• hereby approves the request from ISD #282, as a part of their construction of a fire road, for
rehabilitation of the City-owned service road located on the west side of the St. Anthony/New
Brighton Middle School at a cost to the City of$8,933.00.
