A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REDEVELO MENT PLANS,
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND T INCREMENT
FINANCING PLANS OF THE HOUSING AN REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF ST. ANTHONY; CAL G FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON AMENDMENT THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City f St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "City"),
as follows:
1. It has been proposed that the City nd the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of St. Anthony Minnes to (the "HRA"), approve modification to
redevelopment plans, redevelop ent projects and tax increment financing plans
previously approved by the H and the City. The proposed amendments will
expand the area subject to th redevelopment plans and redevelopment projects
and authorize additional exp nditures of tax increment from the tax increment
financing districts created ursuant to the tax increment financing plans.
2. A public hearing on the endments to the redevelopment plans, the
• redevelopment projects nd the tax increment financing plans is hereby called
and shall be held on vember 9, 1999 at 7:00 PM in the City Council
Chambers at the City all, 3301 Silver Lake Road in the City. The City Clerk
shall cause notice o the public hearing to be published in the St. Anthony
Bulletin, the offici newspaper of the City and a newspaper of general
circulation in the ity at least once not less than ten (10) days or more than
thirty (30) days rior to the date fixed for the public hearing.
