A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 14, 1999,
a report was prepared by SEH/RCM with reference to the improvement
of 33`d Avenue NE between Silver Lake Road and Stinson Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony that:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated
• total cost of the improvement of$690,900.00.
2) SEH/RCM is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare plans for making such improvement.
