A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
AGREEMENT WITH HITCHING POST REAL ESTATE L.L.C.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves a
Conditional Use Permit Agreement with Hitching Post Real Estate, L.L.C. and authorizes the
Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of St. Anthony.
