CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
COUNCIL MINUTES
WORK SESSION
February 12, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. by Mayor Haik.
Present: Haik, Letourneau, Ranallo and Sundland
Absent: Sauer
Also present: Fornell, City Manager, and several members of the City
staff.
Mr. Rod Kelsey of Stanton Associates , Inc. discussed. the proposed job
classification/salary administration program with the Council. He talked
about such a programs benefits to the employer as well as to the employee.
The Council, Mr. Kelsey and staff members discussed various elements of
such a program.
The Council then discussed the possible organizational plans suggested by
Mr. Kelsey. The Council requested that each one be evaluated as to its
cost and the allocation of responsibilities.
The Council requested that Resolution 79-016 be placed on the February
13th agenda.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOB
CLASSIFICATION/SALARY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM
There being no further business , a motion was made by Councilman Sundland
seconded by Councilman Letourneau to adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 : 40 p.m.
