I .F. ? ) . 17 Peter Carlson showed schematic plan. One story buildings with two 18 Architect car garage, $90,000-$100 ,000 per unit. 19 Ursala Sheehey says there is a strong demand for one story town- 20 real estate houses. 21 agent for 22 Brighton 23 Townhomes 24 Questions by Council 25 *retention of stormwater 26 *Reid property to south - access? 27 - add to project? • r � • 1 *utilities locations 2 *City use of City property. 3 Consensus was for staff to look at proforma with assistance from Dick 4 Krier but that if numbers work, the concept appears generally accep- 5 table at 41 units rather than 50. 6 Executive Session 7 Present for the Council' s Executive Session were Jack VandeNorth and 8 Dave McDonald from Briggs and Morgan; and Ken Olson from Bruce Liesch 9 Associates. 10 *Army has changed their position since November/December. 11 *Army stonewalling/stalling, re: data. 12 *Army says they have no responsibility for contamination. 13 *Briggs and Morgan - unshaken belief that arsenal is the problem. 14 *Discussed City' s action levels, re: Well #4. 15 *Olson to get chart of levels in all wells during past years. 06 *Letter to be sent to President. 17 *Letters to be sent to Representatives Sabo and Sikorski, Senators 18 Durenberger and Boschwitz and Congressman Vento. 19 *Above Representatives, Senators, and Congressman to be invited to 20 a meeting in St. Anthony. 21 *City Council to visit same people in Washington in March. 22 *Childs to get January water tests from MPCA when available. 23 *Childs/Hamer to look at how system would operate in winter with 24 only Well #5 and Roseville connection. 25 *Childs to check with EPA to be sure that St. Anthony implementing 26 temporary measures won' t delay or stop the carbon system work. 27 *Childs, Liesch, McDonald to talk with Health Department about 28 action criteria. i 2
