b. Mr. Beilmont at 3216-36th Avenue N. E. requests approval to remodel
his present one car garage to hold two cars, one behind the other.
c. Albert C. Holler at 3205 Wendhurst Ave. N. E. requests approval to
add 9 feet to his present garage which will require a 2 ft. side
yard variance.
