maining portion of 170.88 ft. into two lots without replatting.
b. Lowell M. Gearhart rearrangement of Lot 11 , Block 5, Mounds View Acres,
Second Addition.
c. Lot 18, Block 5, Mounds View Acres, Second Addition. Check legal
description with Mr. Gearhart.
d. Crown Auto Stores requests approval to move the sign from their present
location to the St. Anthony Furniture Store location and have the sign
repainted. A 31 sq. ft. variance will be required plus a lft. in height
variance.
