a. William Tedlund, 3114 Rankin Road. Request for a variance to permit
construction of deck in side yard.
b. Ray Sopcinski , 2524 St. Anthony Road. Request for variance to permit
garage construction in side yard.
c. Reconvene hearing on Ernst proposal east of Monarch on 37th Avenue N.E.
5. Ordinance Variations-None
6. Zoning Variations
a. Gerald Louiselle requests the Planning Board to consider the Hedlund
house at 3908 Silver Lake Road as a possible location for a retail flower
and gift shop. For approval this would be added as a conditional use in
Section 300. 13 zoning ordinance.
7. Old Business
a. Clarence Gould request for warehouse on Foss Road tabled from September
16, 1975 meeting.
b. Goodyear sign on Silver Lake Road.
8. Building PERMITS
a. Towle Company request for hearing to rezone the property between the body
shop and American Legion on Kenzie Terrace from R-1 to Commercial .
9. Miscellaneous
a. Time has not permitted completing the writing of a new sign ordinance.
b. Representative to Council meeting is Bill Bowerman.
