A. Commercial areas Redevelopment and Planning Study. Memo enclosed.
B. Gordon Hedlund regarding request for a Public Hearing on a pro-
posed P.U.D. on lots 10-16 , Block 6, Mounds View Acre Second
Addition. Mr. Hedlund, Mr. Carl Dale and Mr. John Daubney
will be present. A letter from Barbara Lukemann (enclosed) in-
dicates that service-office uses would be a good use.
