4. Designate Board representative to the Council meeting on January
10th (the meeting on December 27th has tentatively been cancelled) .
5. Public Hearings
A Community Development Block Grant - proposed expenditures
public hearing (7 : 30' p.m. ) . Memo enclosed.
• 6. Zoning and Ordinance Variations - None
7. Building Permits - None
8. Old Business
A. Certificates of Occupancy samples: New Brighton, St. Louis Park,
and a modified one from Carl Dale when he was working for
Mr. Hedlund.
9. New Business
A. Resignations/Reappointments to the Planning Board. One member
has indicated an intention of resigning. If anyone else does
not wish to serve any longer, please let me know orally or in
writing by Tuesday. I think the Council has been quite
satisfied with the performance of the Board.
