7.1 Designate a Planning Commissioner to the September 23, 2003 City Council Meeting
8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1 Northgate Condominium Owner's Association and LeRoy Sign Company, 2500 Highway
88, setback variance from roadway for a new ground sign
8.2 St. Anthony Shopping Center, LLC, 2900 Pentagon Drive, amend comprehensive sign
plan
8.3 Apache Redevelopment, LLC, Silver Lane to the north; Silver Lake Road to the east;
Soo Line Railroad Right-of-Way to the south; and Stinson Boulevard to the west,
approve preliminary development plan and preliminary plat for entire project area and
approve the final development plan and final plat for the retail portion
