PLANNING BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
January 30, 1968
A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman
Howitz at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 30, 1968.
The following members were present at roll call :
Mesenbring, Elam, Harty, Miedtke, Kronk, Howitz, Englund
Also present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney
Harry Lekson, Secretary
Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Elam, to recommend to the Council that a
variance of 8 ft. in front yard setback be approved for Anthony Zahhos at
2919 Silver Lake Court. (Lot 2, Block 49 Harstad's 2nd Addition)
• Voting on the motion:
Aye: Kronk, Memsenbring, Harty, Elam, Howitz, Englund.
Nay: Miedtke
Motion Carried.
Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring to adjourn.
Motion Carried.
