PLANNING BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
February 5, 1968
A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman
Howitz at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 5, 1968.
The following members were present at roll call :
Miedtke, Howitz, Englund, Elam,
Harty joined the meeting at 8:30 PM
Also present: Harry Lekson, Secretary
'Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Englund, to table the request of the
Northgate Motel until a scaled drawing of the parking area and the north edge
of the swimming pool be established.
Motion Carried.
Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Elam to reconsider the tabling action by
the board.
Motion Carried.
Upon motion by Elam, seconded by Harty, that Robert Weber, builder, be req-
uired to prepare a drawing to scale showing property lines, building location,
exact existing parking spaces and the north edge of the swimming pool. Howitz
and Englund will meet with Weber prior to the Council meeting on February 6,
1968, and make a Planning Commission recommendation to the Council based on
their review of the new plan.
