VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
PLANNING BOARD
July 9, 1968
1 . A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman
Pro-tem Englund at 7:45 AM on Tuesday, July 9, 1968.
2. The following members were present :
Mesenbring, Englund, Miedtke
Absent: Kronk, Howitz, Harty
3. Upon motion by Meidtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the
Council that the final plat of the Lobo Addition be approved.
Motion Carried.
Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Miedtke, to recommend to the Council
that the variances granted to Lowell Gearhart in December of 1965 to build
on the East 69.38 ft. of Lot 11, Block 5, Mounds Vier Acres be approved at
this time.
. Motion Carried.
Upon motion by MYedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council
that the tentative plans for the Cemetery property be approved.
Motion Carried.
Meeting adjourned.
