VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
August 6, 1968
A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order on Tuesday
August 6, 1968, at 7000 P. M. by Dr. Jerry Harty acting Chairman.
Representing the Planning Board were Dr. Jerry Harty and Robert Mesen-
bring. Mr. Mike Kubratowicz represented Macey Signs and Mr. Charbeneau
of Mr. Hobo roadside drive-in. Mr. Kubratowicz presented a plat plan
showing 37 parking spaces for the 40 seats in the drive-in. He also
presented plans for a pylon sign and signs on the building. It was
decided to recommend approval of the variance for a pylon sign to
replace the existing Wins sign provided the new sign does not exceed
the 145 sq. ft. of the existing sign. The sign on the building would
not exceed the 93 sq. ft. allowed by the Sign Ordinance.
