VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
January 7, 1969
The special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman Howitz
at 7:45 P. M. on Tuesday January 7, 1969.
The following were present at roll call : Mesenbring, Kronk, Miedtke, Howitz,
Englund.
Absent : Harty.
The meeting was held to discuss with Apache a new proposal to build apartments
and townhouses on Outlot A, 9 and D, Apache Plaza.
After discussion and upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend
to the Council, that Outlot A along Silver Lane be rezoned from R-1 to Multiple
Dwelling and Outlot B and D be rezoned from Commercial to Multiple Dwelling.
Motion carried.
Apache to hold a meeting on January 23rd or 30th, 1969 with the residents on
Silver Lane to discuss the proposed changes.
Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to adjourn.
