PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 4, 1969
1. A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman H-Dwitz
at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, March 4, 1969.
2. The following were present at roll call:
Howitz, Mesenbring, Endlund, Miedtke, Harty, Kronk, Sartor
3. The Chairman welcomed the new Board Member, Dr. Richard Sartor, and introduced
him to the Board.
4. The discussion of the proposed rezoning of the Apache property was continued
from the special meeting held on February 4, 1969. Apache Corporation
presented a new plan whereby they changed their unit density as follows:
One bdrm. apts. from 160 units to 159 units.
Two bdrm. apts. from 130 units to 107 units.
Three bdrm. town houses from 22 units to 16 units.
Two bdrm. town hoiisos to remain at 16 units.
Total units from 328 to 298, a decrease of 30 units.
Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring to recommend to the Council
that the property indicated as Outlet "A", part of Outlet "B" and part of
Outlet "D" be rezoned to Multiple Dwelling (MD) subject to being developed as
indicated in Apache plans as presented this date and contingent on the
• commencing of all town house construction prior to starting apartment
construction and completing of all town houses prior to the occupancy of the
first apartment.
For: Englund, Kronk, Mesenbring, Miedtke, Sartor
Against: Howitz
Abstaining: Harty
Motion carried.
