VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY
PLANNING BOARD MI;JUTES
December 21, 1971
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ondrey. The following members were
present: Herman, Parrill, Kronk, Ondrey, Letourneau, Bratland.
Absent : Carlson
The minutes of the November 16, 1971 meeting were approved as submitted.
Rollie Stinski and Joe Perfetti appeared and requested rezoning of Lots 1 through
tj and Lots 12 through 16, Block 1, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition from Light
Industrial to Multiple Dwelling.
Motion by Kronk, seconded by Bratland, to deny the request for rezoning at this
time.
Voting on the motion:
Aye: Herman, Parrill, Kronk, Letourneau, Bratland
Nay: Ondrey
Motion carried.
Motion by Bratland, seconded by Herman, to deny the request by Sherwin-Williams Co.
for a new sign 40 ft. long by 4 ft. high as this would be 46 sq. ft. over the
allowable sign area.
Motion carried.
The Planning Board made no recommendation on the recodification of ordinances
because of the limited time they have had it for study.
Motion by Herman, seconded by Bratland, that the members on special committees
meet on the second Tuesday of each month.
Motion carried.
Motion by Herman, seconded by Bratland to adjourn.
Motion carried.
