CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
November 1, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 9 : 45 p.m. by Chairman Hiebel .
Present: Marks , Bowerman, Klick, Rymarchick, Letourneau and Hiebel.
Absent: Cowan
Also Present: Jim Fornell, City Manager
After reviewing the proposals and qualifications of the two finalists
for the planning study of the Kenzie Terrace area and the required
comprehensive plan, the following motion was made:
Motion by Klick, seconded by Letourneau to recommend to the City
. Council that the proposal of BRW, Inc. , for the Commercial Area Study
(Kenzie Terrace area) be accepted.
Motion carried unanimously.
It was also the feeling of the Board that, because of inherent effi-
ciencies, that the same firm be engaged to complete the required com-
prehensive plan.
Motion by Marks , seconded by Klick to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously; the meeting was adjourned at 9 : 50 p.m.
