4 I. CALL TO ORDER.
5 The meeting was called to order by Chair Cavanaugh at 9:28 p.m.
6 II. ROLL CALL.
7 Commissioners present: Chairman Cavanaugh; Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, Hodson
8 and Horst.
9 Commissioner absent: None.
10 Also present: Executive Director Mike Mornson.
11 III. APPROVAL OF JUNE 26, 2001 H.R.A. AGENDA.
12 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the meeting agenda.
13 Motion carried unanimously.
14 IV. CONSENT AGENDA.
15 Motion by Commissioner Horst to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of:
4016 A. 'H.R,A. Minutes — May 22. 2001. and
P B. Claims.
18 Motion carried unanimously.
19 V. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
20 Morrison stated that Walgreen's was proceeding. He added that there has been some activity of
21 interest in the Hardee's property on Silver Lake Road. He added that what they do at Apache
22 will have a positive impact on some of the out lots on Silver Lake Road.
