ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 13, 1997 <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:06 P.M. <br />7 IL ROLL CALL. <br />8 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />9 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. <br />10 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. <br />11 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />12 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 13, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />13 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the May 13, 1997 HRA Agenda as <br />14 presented. <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 22, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the April 22, 1997 HRA minutes as <br />18 presented. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 A. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $3,886.62 for legal services rendered <br />23 through March 31, 1997 in regard to the purchase of the Tires Plus building, in <br />24 the amount of $440.72 for legal services rendered in regard to HRA acquisition <br />25 of residential property for redevelopment, and in the amount of $125.00 for <br />26 City of St. Anthony HRA general. <br />27 B. KKE Inc. in the amount of $750.00 for services rendered through March 31, <br />28 1997 in regard to the Tires Plus building and in the amount of $10,592.43 for <br />29 services rendered through March 28, 1997 in regard to the OPUS/Silver Lake <br />30 Center, SAV Liquor CD's. <br />31 C. Construction Bulletin in the amount of $85.40 for advertisement of demolition <br />32 of the City Hall/Community Center. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
