CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES
MAY 13, 1997
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL.
The meeting was called to order at 8:06 P.M.
7 IL ROLL CALL.
8 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and
9 Commissioners Wagner and Faust.
10 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson.
11 Commissioners Absent: None.
12 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 13, 1997 HRA AGENDA.
13 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the May 13, 1997 HRA Agenda as
14 presented.
15 Motion carried unanimously.
IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 22, 1997 HRA MINUTES.
17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the April 22, 1997 HRA minutes as
18 presented.
19 Motion carried unanimously.
20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS.
21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims:
22 A. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $3,886.62 for legal services rendered
23 through March 31, 1997 in regard to the purchase of the Tires Plus building, in
24 the amount of $440.72 for legal services rendered in regard to HRA acquisition
25 of residential property for redevelopment, and in the amount of $125.00 for
26 City of St. Anthony HRA general.
27 B. KKE Inc. in the amount of $750.00 for services rendered through March 31,
28 1997 in regard to the Tires Plus building and in the amount of $10,592.43 for
29 services rendered through March 28, 1997 in regard to the OPUS/Silver Lake
30 Center, SAV Liquor CD's.
31 C. Construction Bulletin in the amount of $85.40 for advertisement of demolition
32 of the City Hall/Community Center.
Motion carried unanimously.

I VI. AWARD BID FOR DEMOLITION OF PARKVIEW BUILDING (HRA
2 RESOLUTION 1997-005).
3 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve HRA Resolution 1997-005 awarding
4 the bid for the demolition of the Parkview building to DKH, Inc. in the amount of
5 $166,850.

Motion carried unanimously.
7 VII. OTHER BUSINESS.
8 Mornson reported demolition of the Parkview building will begin on Thursday with
9 asbestos removal.
10 VIII. ADJOURNMENT.
11 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 P.M.
